About this coffee

North Shore brings a fuller roast character to the table. It is the choice for people who want their coffee to taste unmistakably like coffee, especially with milk. Keep a bag beside the drip brewer or use a coarse grind for an overnight cold brew.

Brewing and storage

For cold brew, start with 100 g coarse coffee and 1,000 g cold water.

Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry cupboard. Grind only what you need when you can.
