Information you give us.

When you order, we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing information, order choices, and payment status. Our payment provider handles payment details; we do not store full card numbers. You may also give us information through support forms, wholesale inquiries, or optional email signup.

How we use it.

We use order details to process payment, deliver purchases, manage subscriptions, provide receipts, handle returns, and respond to you. We use an email address for marketing only when you choose to subscribe. Service messages about an order or subscription are separate from marketing.

Who helps us.

We share the information needed to perform a service with payment, shipping, website hosting, email, and customer-support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud and security incidents. We do not sell customer information or use advertising tracking pixels.

Cookies and account access.

We use necessary browser storage to keep a shopping bag, maintain a signed-in session, and protect checkout. A shopping bag may remain for thirty days; a signed-in session may remain for seven days unless you sign out sooner. The launch site does not use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Product preferences in the coffee quiz remain in your browser and are not added to a marketing profile.

How long we keep information.

We keep order and accounting records for seven years, support requests for two years after resolution, and routine technical logs for thirty days. We retain an active email subscription until you unsubscribe, then keep the minimum suppression record needed to honor that choice. Backups may retain deleted information temporarily while they rotate.

Your choices.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, use the Contact form and select Privacy. We may need to verify your connection to the information. Some records must remain for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Children and changes.

The store is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. We will update this page when our practices change and identify the effective date.
