About this coffee

Daybreak is for the first cup while the house is still quiet. A light-medium roast keeps the cup lively, with a rounded sweetness that works on its own or with a splash of milk. Make it your pour-over coffee or let the drip machine do the work.

Brewing and storage

Start with 24 g coffee and 384 g water for a pour-over, then adjust to your taste.

Keep the bag closed in a cool, dry cupboard. Grind only what you need when you can.
