Buying from Lake Life.
These terms apply to retail purchases through this website. Prices are in United States dollars. Your checkout shows the merchandise price, discounts, shipping, tax, and total before you pay. Your order confirmation records the items and terms of your purchase.
Product information.
We aim to describe products accurately. Coffee tasting notes are sensory descriptions, not added ingredients. Packaging and images may be updated, but the product you receive must match the size, grind, and item you purchased. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item rather than substitute without your agreement.
Payment and delivery.
Payment is charged when you place an order. Shipping times and return arrangements are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. If we cannot fulfill the order as promised, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a refund.
Subscriptions.
An account may have one active or paused recurring plan. Each plan contains one coffee in twelve-ounce bags, one grind, one quantity, and one interval. You authorize the recurring amount displayed at checkout, including renewal shipping and applicable tax, at that interval until you cancel. One-time items are charged only in the order that contains them. We send a reminder three days before the next charge. Manage, skip, pause, or cancel before the charge is processed. A skip moves the next charge by one selected interval. Pausing stops all charges until you explicitly resume and select a date at least three calendar days away; that date becomes the new cadence anchor. We give at least thirty days’ notice before a recurring price increase. Payment failure pauses the plan without automatic retries. After updating payment, choose a future charge date and confirm the retry schedule. We do not ship unpaid orders.
Gifts.
Gift bundles are one-time purchases. You are responsible for the recipient’s delivery address. Prices are omitted from gift packing slips. Gift notes must not contain abusive or unlawful material; we may contact you to revise a note we cannot print.
Using the site.
Use the store for lawful browsing, inquiries, and purchases. Do not attempt to interfere with checkout, access another person’s account, or submit false payment information. Lake Life’s original text, branding, and photographs may not be reused commercially without permission.
