Every bag is twelve ounces. Your account can have one subscription with one coffee, grind, and delivery rhythm. Choose one or more bags and change your choices before a future order is charged.

Shipping

One bag ships for $4.95. Two or more bags in the same subscription delivery ship free. The first shipment can include one-time items; it ships free if the combined merchandise total is $50 or more after discounts, or if it contains at least two subscription bags. Otherwise, a first shipment containing a subscription costs $4.95 to ship.

How it works

  1. Choose your coffee.
  2. We send a reminder three days before your next charge.
  3. Make changes, skip a delivery, or cancel in your account.

Your first order is charged at checkout. The plan then charges every fourteen, twenty-eight, or forty-two days from that first charge, depending on your interval. Skipping moves the next charge forward by exactly one selected interval. Pausing stops charges until you resume. To resume, choose a future charge date at least three calendar days away; that date becomes the new schedule anchor. A schedule change also requires a future next-charge date and starts the selected cadence from that date. Changing only coffee, grind, or quantity keeps the existing next-charge date. We ship each paid order within two business days.

Subscription questions

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel online any time before the next charge. A cancellation stops future orders; contact us about an order already charged.

Can I change my coffee?

Yes. Save changes in your account before the next charge.

Can I pause?

Yes. A pause stops charges until you choose Resume and select a future charge date at least three calendar days away. That date starts your next delivery rhythm.

What happens if a coffee is unavailable?

We pause the plan and email you. No charge occurs while it is paused. Choose an available coffee and a future charge date to resume; we do not substitute automatically.

Do prices stay the same?

We give at least thirty days’ notice before a recurring price change. You can change or cancel before it applies.
