Our lake promise
We contribute $1 for every eligible retail coffee bag sold and fulfilled to Michigan Lakes and Streams Association. This page shows what qualifies, when we give, and what has been contributed.

Why this organization.
Michigan Lakes and Streams Association works to protect Michigan’s inland lakes and streams through education and support for lake communities. Its donation program supports that work. We have selected it as the recipient of this giving program.
Lake Life Coffee operates this contribution program independently; this page does not imply an endorsement or formal partnership.
What counts.
Each paid, fulfilled retail coffee bag counts as $1, whether it is twelve ounces or two pounds. Subscription bags count. Coffee bags inside a gift bundle count separately: one for Weekend Starter, two for Cabin Couple, and three for Lake House Tasting. Shipping charges, taxes, accessories, wholesale orders, free samples, canceled orders, and refunded coffee do not count. You do not pay an added donation fee at checkout.
When the contribution happens.
We total eligible bags by calendar quarter and send the contribution within thirty days after the quarter ends. A refunded bag is removed before the quarter’s total is finalized. If a refund arrives after a contribution has already been made, we leave that contribution in place.
